Through our control centres and with the help of software specifically designed and developed by our development teams, Samsic Agents provide special assistance services for flight arrivals and departures:

  • Orders are received from the airlines,
  • Orders are dispatched to the staff,
  • Assistance to passengers with disabilities at boarding,
  • Special vehicles for boarding passengers with disabilities,
  • Assistance with stretchers for boarding and deplaning.
